Foremen, estimators and office staff all need to be in it for the numbers to carry. Charging per seat would keep people out of it.
One module at a time
Buying one does not require the others, and leaving one does not take your data with it.

Early access, then the early-adopter price
Early access is free until there is a price. Then you get 60 days' notice to subscribe, at the early-adopter price, held for 3 years from the day you subscribe and then rising by no more than 5% a year.
