For precast plants
Early access

Quote it. Cast it. Ship it tagged.

For turnkey precast plants: storm and sanitary structures, boxes, vaults, tanks and everything else you cast.

A submittal in Aggrado Precast: the shop drawing for a catch basin, with its pieces, openings, inverts, reinforcing and concrete
What you cast

Every product in the yard, on one schedule.

Catalog anything you cast, with the forms that make it. Standard storm structures are checked against the national baseline, or the agency's own standard (NCDOT and Charlotte so far), before they're quoted.

  • Manholes and risers
  • Catch basins and inlets
  • Junction boxes
  • Box culverts
  • Endwalls and headwalls
  • Utility vaults
  • Meter and valve boxes
  • Grease traps
  • Septic and holding tanks
  • Wet wells and lift stations
  • Retaining wall block
  • Barriers and bollards
Better together

Entered once, carried the rest of the way.

Structures come in whole

A schedule from the contractor or the supply house arrives with marks, sizes, pipe connections and inverts.

Sizing decides what is quoted

A structure that does not fit the standard is sized up to one that does, and the quote reflects what will actually be built.

The approved submittal sets the pour

Approval releases the structures onto the pour schedule, against the forms that can make them.

Every piece carries its mark

The mark follows the piece from the pour through the yard onto the truck, as a printed QR tag.

Acceptance closes the loop

The contractor's answer for each piece comes back to the plant and to the supply house that sold it.
