Every property, every visit, every record.
Map each property zone by zone, price the maintenance from your own crews, sell it as a multi-year contract, and run it from the crew's phone. Bill the installments, sell the enhancements, give the property manager their own page, and keep the pesticide, backflow, warranty and snow records a claim needs.
One map holds the whole property.
Turf, beds, trees, walks and lots drawn on the aerial, measured as you draw, with the install phases and their warranties.
Zones on the map
Draw each turf area, bed, tree and lot on the aerial picture; its square feet, feet or count are measured from the drawing.
Portfolios
Group a management company's properties, or a community's sections, and price, renew and share them together.
Install phases
Each phase's zones go from planned to accepted, and acceptance starts the plants' warranty.
The maintenance schedule
Every service on the zones it covers, how often and in which months, shown month by month on the map.
Priced from your own crews, sold as a contract.
Your crews, wage and equipment rates and production rates price each visit, with your overhead and profit on top.
Maintenance pricing
Each service priced from the crew that does it and the zones it covers, with overhead by markup or by field labor hour.
Multi-year contracts
Signed online, with an escalator by percent or CPI, renewal notices, and renewals kept at the price or priced again.
Enhancements
A crew's idea, an audit finding or the manager's request becomes a proposal with options, signed from a link.
Site audits
Walk a property with a scored checklist, photos pinned to the zones, and the report for the manager.
Routes, visits and the crew's phone.
Routes and visits
Visits planned nightly on each route, a rain day moved in one step, and the drive between properties estimated.
On the phone
On my way, I'm here and Done switch the crew's clock to the right contract; photos and issues go with the visit.
Billing
Contracts billed in equal installments or by the visit, time and materials at your rates, and an hours bank, drafted for you to review.
What each property earns
Hours and cost against the plan by property, crew and month, and enhancement sales by account manager.
The paperwork that protects you.
Pesticide records
Every application with the applicator's license, the zones and area, and the weather at that moment; the restricted-use report for the state.
Irrigation and backflow
Inspections valve by valve, repairs proposed in a tap, and backflow tests with their readings and the report for the water utility.
Plant warranties
Warranties from acceptance, dead plants reported and decided, and replacements costed to the install job.
Snow
Each storm worked site by site with the conditions, salt and photos on every push, billed per push, by depth or for the season.
The manager, the developer, the HOA.
The manager's page
Visits with the crews' photos, audits, proposals to sign, invoices to pay and requests with your answers, from one link and no account.
From the developer to the HOA
A developer on Aggrado Develop sends the community it pays you to maintain; at turnover the same plan carries on for the association.
Install estimates too
Price a builder's lot package or a commercial install from the plans, one line a count: plants, sod, straw and irrigation zones, with your crews' rates behind each.
Beside Aggrado Site
A sitework contractor who seeds, sods and plants adds Landscape beside Site, without a second system.
Early-adopter price
By the properties you maintain.
One price for the whole of it, by the properties under a running maintenance contract. No seats: crews, office people, estimators and property managers are never charged for. Your price is held for 3 years from the day your subscription starts. After that it can rise by no more than 5% a year, and we tell you before it does.
| Properties under contract | A month | Paid for the year |
|---|---|---|
| Up to 25 | $199 | $1,990 |
| 26 to 75 | $399 | $3,990 |
| 76 to 150 | $599 | $5,990 |
| More than 150 | By quote |
- Included: install estimates and install jobs, the crews' phone, routes and visits, billing and QuickBooks, pesticide and backflow records, irrigation inspections, plant warranties, snow, enhancement proposals, site audits, the property manager's page and the Develop bridge.
- With Aggrado Site: a sitework contractor adds Landscape at the same price beside its Site plan. With Bid alone, it pays its estimator seats ($125 a month each, paid for the year) and the price above: the properties, contracts, routes, visits, billing and crews' phone come with Landscape, and Job is added only to run install or construction projects (from $125 a month).
- In early access: we're opening Landscape with a few companies at a time, set up with you.
Run maintenance the way you sell it.
Landscape is in early access while it's set up with the first companies. Leave your details and we'll be in touch.
