Terms of Service

Effective October 21, 2026. The terms between Aggrado ("Aggrado", "we") and the companies and people who use Aggrado's website, phone app and text messages.

The agreement

By creating an account, using Aggrado, or replying YES to an Aggrado text, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you use Aggrado for a company, you agree for that company and confirm you may do so. A written agreement signed with a company takes precedence over these terms where they differ.

Accounts

Keep your sign-in to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used it. A company decides who joins it in Aggrado and what each person can see and do, and is responsible for what its people do there.

Your company's data

A company owns the records it puts into Aggrado. It gives us permission to store, process and show them only to provide and support the service, as the Privacy Policy describes. A company is responsible for having the right to enter what it enters, including people's phone numbers and their agreement to texts.

Acceptable use

Don't use Aggrado to break the law, to send anything a person hasn't agreed to receive, to get into accounts or data that aren't yours, to disrupt the service, or to copy it to build a competing product.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid products are billed in advance through Stripe at the prices shown on the pricing pages or agreed in writing, and renew until cancelled, by the month or by the year. Card details are entered on Stripe's own pages and never reach Aggrado.

A subscription's prices are held for 3 years from the day it starts: renewals in that time are at the same prices. After that they can rise by no more than 5% a year, and we tell the company before the renewal a rise applies to. Prices shown for new subscriptions can change at any time; that doesn't change the prices of a subscription already started.

A subscription follows what the company uses: when it adds estimator seats or moves to a larger jobs tier or properties band, the difference for the rest of the period is charged then; when it uses less, the unused part is credited against its next invoice.

Early access

Products in early access (Aggrado Precast, Supply, Electric, Engineering and Develop) are free to the companies we set them up for, with no end date. Early access to a product runs until that product has a price. Then each company using it in early access gets 60 days' notice to subscribe, and may subscribe at the early-adopter price, held as described under Subscriptions and billing. A company that doesn't subscribe keeps its records readable and can export them.

Cancelling and refunds

A company can cancel at any time from its Billing page, with no fee. Cancelling stops the next renewal: the company keeps full use until the end of the period it has paid for, and isn't charged again. A yearly plan cancelled part way through runs to the end of its year.

A free trial needs no card and isn't charged. If it ends without a subscription, the company's records close that day. They aren't deleted, and subscribing opens them again. A company that subscribed and then cancels, or whose payments stop, keeps its records readable for six months.

Payments aren't refunded for part of a period already paid, except where the law requires it. We refund in full any charge made in error, such as a duplicate charge or a charge after cancelling, and we'll make it right if Aggrado was unavailable for a significant part of a paid period. To ask about a charge, email support@aggrado.com within 60 days of it.

Text messages

Aggrado texts are messages Aggrado sends on behalf of the companies that use it: crew schedule changes, delivery updates and service-visit updates, as described on Text messages from Aggrado.

  • You get them only after a company records your number and you reply YES to Aggrado's text asking you.
  • Message frequency varies with how often your schedule, deliveries or visits change.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to stop all Aggrado texts; you'll get one text confirming it. Reply START to start again. Reply HELP for help, or email support@aggrado.com.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Your mobile number and your agreement to texts are not shared with third parties for marketing; see the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and liability

Aggrado helps businesses estimate, schedule, track and bill work, but the business remains responsible for its own decisions: bids, quantities, schedules, safety, payroll, taxes, legal notices and filings. Aggrado is provided “as is”, without warranties beyond those required by law.

To the extent the law allows, neither side is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, and our total liability is limited to what the company paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending

A company can close its account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or goes unpaid, with notice where we can give it. On closing, a company can ask for an export of its records.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. We'll post changes here and, for significant ones, tell account holders by email before they take effect. Questions: Aggrado, support@aggrado.com.
