Your time card

1. Open the link the office sent you.

   By text: if it asks first, reply YES. Open the link, enter your number, tap Text me a code and enter the code. By email: open the link and create your account.

2. Tap Join and your company's name.
3. Put Aggrado on your home screen.

   The phone shows you how. From then on, open it from the icon.

4. Want Spanish?

   Tap Account, then Language, then Español.

Signing in again? Open www.aggrado.com/phone, tap Sign in with your phone number, tap Text me a code and enter it.

1. Open Aggrado.

   It opens on Today. My time is your clock.

2. Check the button.

   Clock in shows your job and cost code (your phase code). Wrong? Tap Change.

3. Tap Clock in.

   The first time, it asks to share where you are. Tap Share location or Not now.

4. Sign for today, if it's on Today.

   Tap Sign for today, read it, sign in the box and tap Sign.

If it says Your foreman clocks you in and out., your foreman does this for you. Start at Your hours.

The pre-use inspection, before you start it.

1. Tap Walk around the 336.

   It's on Today, marked Before you start.

2. Mark what's wrong.

   Tap Problem on it, and add a photo.

3. Tap Everything else OK.

   Then fill in the hour meter.

4. Tap Send the walkaround.

1. Moved to another job or code?

   Tap Switch job or code, choose it, tap Switch.

2. On another machine?

   Tap Switch machine and tap the machine. Your hours don't change. Off the machine? Tap Not on a machine.

3. Forgot to switch?

   Tap I forgot: it was earlier and enter the time.

4. Lunch?

   Tap Start break, then End break. If the office takes lunch off for you, the phone says so at clock-out.

1. Tap Clock out.
2. Check the hours it shows.
3. Tap Hours right. Not hurt.

   Not right? Tap Hours aren't right and say why. Hurt? Tap I was hurt.

1. Tap the line with today's and this week's hours.

   It's on My time, and it opens My hours.

2. Read how each day stands.

   Not sent in yet, Sent in, Approved or Sent back.
